Getting in here before this all goes away. Hi All, Sorry in advance for the wall of text. As part of my PhD I’m doing some research and I would appreciate your involvement in a short study. I’m currently collecting data on the quality of a variety of Time-Scale Modification (TSM) methods that change the speed of an audio file without modifying the pitch. This research will inform future TSM methods and lead to higher quality time scaling. To be involved, you’ll need access to a computer with Windows and good quality headphones/speakers. Where do the Resources go in a Windows install? Also Mark, is there a pre-compiled community release? I've found a 2.1.1 installer that I kept from some time in the past.

Today I had the final exam for my Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Computer Engineering), so I'm looking at getting back into doing music. The first thing on my list is figuring out a decent setup that works well and is somewhat portable. I was holding out for the new Macbook Pros, however they're too expensive for me to justify at this moment. So next in line is the Pi3. Mark Harris, is there a list of packages required and guide on getting EigenD onto the Pi?

Facebook's On this day application showed me that 5 years ago I posted a video of Geert Bevin playing Koyaanisqatsi, and I was thinking about buying a pico. How I've progressed since then.

I'm having some trouble while unloading Air Music Tech VST plugins within EigenD.  Any time that I do so, EigenD crashes meaning that it's impossible to remove them from a setup. I'm currently using 2.0.74, but am downloading 2.1.1.  Thoughts?

I now have an iPad.  I bought it for uni textbooks etc. with the added bonus of music stuff.  So, where should I start with sonic exploration?

Surface Pro 2, take 2.  This time the power management was set to maximum.  With synth, bass, piano, Aalto(basic patch), cello, clarinet and midi looping internally, the CPU meter was at about 60%.  The system CPU meter showed much less, but that is to be expected. My biggest issue is connections.  The Pico doesn't power on when through the USB hub that I have.  Does anybody use their Eigenharp through a hub?

Has anybody tried EigenD with a Microsoft Surface Pro 2or3? My laptop has died and I'm looking at replacing it with something that I can write notes on for uni, but also it would be great if it became the base of my now nonexistant live rig.

I'm in the process of setting up another arranger or 6, not sure exactly how many I'll end up with but am starting with 1.  When connecting the player agent to a rig, what does the "Channel" describe.  I see that a lot of them have channel 1 and 12 for the main keygroup and the precussion keygroup, but then channels 13 and 14 are used when connecting the players to AU4 and sampler4.  Thoughts?

July Eigenchallenge incoming.  As soon as my computer can deal with the video that is.  Finally had a chance to have a deeper dive into the Alpha and I'm so glad that I have now.  Played with arrangers and workbench today.

Error launching EigenD 2.1 on windows 7. MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Any ideas? 2.0.74 running smoothly although it crashes everytime it is closed.

Does the basestation pro fit in a 19" rack? Or, what are the dimensions of it?

So, I just had a setup loading and I accidentally scrolled on the progress bar and it scrolled right as I scrolled up and left and I scrolled down.  Didn't affect the loading, but was a bit odd.  Anyone else have this? Trying out 2.1.0 tonight.

How is the microphone signal treated within eigenD? I'm wondering if it would be possible to make a bite sensor that plugs into the mic input on the alpha.
