Bazille meets Eigenharp

Bazille meets Eigenharp  (for June  #EigenChallege2014 ) I thought I was going to use Pianoteq again this month, and then today U-he's Bazille went multi channel.. how could I resist? Could do with alot more 'polish', but thought, it was timely and Ive also alot of other things I need to get on with, so had to be a one take deal ... but was great fun playing :) Played on the single split, horizontal layout, poly midi, with yaw mapped to modW and aftertouch was routed, slight change in Land Of Bazille patch to boost the keys expression and add aftertouch. #Bazille   #Uhe   https://soundcloud.com/thetechnobear/bazille-meets-eigenharp

Not sure if anyone's already seen this, but someone posted a link in the Leicester Ableton Users' Group on Facebook.

The encounter personal problems.

The encounter personal problems. I often use OSC Pad which is a great agent, but when I have group tracks (it contains each sample track) on Live9, LED on the Eigenharp keyboard of that place does not light properly. Although the sound is correct.

U-he synths to get per note expression!

U-he synths to get per note expression! Urs has commented on forum that the coding is done (subject to testing/tweaks etc) for multi channel midi. a new Bazille beta is planned to be released later today. (Ace and Diva also done and will follow,  Zebra still needs some work.no timeframe). Fantastic news, as these are my favourite soft synths and are so flexible - hopefully I can be playing with the new Bazille this weekend!

Ive prepared a couple of videos, showing how EigenD can be used as a VST instrument host for any midi controller, and also in particular with interfacing with Reason 7. Aimed at newcomers to EigenD and workbench, it shows creating an entire setup from scratch, including building a small stage interface. Part 1 - http://youtu.be/5ef2ukK46Kc  (Midi input, Audio, Audio Unit, CC routing, Stage) Part 2-   http://youtu.be/m1lBt3AYUtc  (alternative routing, VSTs as FX, Midi clock sync)  #EigenD   #Reason   http://youtu.be/5ef2ukK46Kc

Not sure if anyone else saw this, but there's a free AU/VST version of the Oberheim OB-X, OB-Xa, and OB-8.

I recorded this video to show to non-Eigenharpers that EigenD is a general-purpose music performance environment, now free and open-source.  I go over the setup that I used to perform with my electric guitar while I was gigging with my former band Flytecase. I think it's simple and different enough, to show EigenD's applicability outside of the Eigenharp world. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEiSfAf53cw

Having just got myself up and running on the new hackintosh I tried to make some sounds.

Having just got myself up and running on the new hackintosh I tried to make some sounds. I expected the internal sound output to be noisy, so I tried a little Behringer usb which I've found to be ok before. The result is a steady background of electronic whistles and clicks. This unit used to be OK on my laptop although I realise it's hardly top of the range kit. Do I need to get some better sound hardware, and if so what sort of thing?
Just upgraded to 2.74 finally! Now, to figure out how to trigger drum loops from my softstep! =)

#Creator query.

#Creator query... I'm wondering - is it possible to completely rebuild the factory setup from Creator yet, or are there some items missing? Thanks!
