A question about EigenD compatibility with Windows 10.

A question about EigenD compatibility with Windows 10. I'm thinking about upgrading to 10 on my major desktop machine, but before I do, I updated a less-used laptop, on which I would occasionally run EigenD. After utilizing the automatic upgrade process, the update did automatically transfer EigenD 2.074 to the new OS. The base EigenD program, Eigenbrowser, Stage, and Workbench all load properly, and seem to run properly. However, EigenD does not shut down properly. (Yes, I know that you always have to use the File-->Quit sequence to get EigenD to close in Windows, as clicking on the corner 'X' just reduces it to the taskbar. some software news :)

some software news :)  Bitwig - today has just release 1.3.2 RC-1 which now allows you to 'force MPE' mode, this means finally Aalto/Kaivo and other synths can be used with per note expression in Bitwig.   (doesnt help u-he yet, as its not using CC74)  UVI Falcon - Ive been trying to avoid buying more soft synths, but this one is a great piece of software, a little tricky to get your head around initially but once you do 'wow'... and has a very powerful scripting interface, so Ive been able to implement MPE within it. (some minor limitations, but these will vanish in the next minor update ... its looking like it be 'the' work-horse synth for MPE :) )  no demo available yet... but perhaps keep an eye on it at uvi.net .
