Bitwig 1.2 beta - MPE support

Bitwig 1.2 beta  - MPE support Some good news, I'm participating in the early beta test for bitwig 1.2, and can tell you per note expression is working with all Eigenharps! you will need EigenD community release which features MPE support. (more details soon, ping me if you need it now) There are a few issues on the Bitwig side, which I've reported so hopefully by release (or perhaps even general beta release) they will be resolved. (its also working on the soundplane too :))

Mobile Rig... thoughts?

Mobile Rig... thoughts? so summer is well and truly here... and I want to use my Alpha outside :)  so I m thinking what do I need to make portable rig. I want something that: a) can be carried by one person in one go, as light as possible  (so only two hands) b) minimum hassle to just go, so can be setup to go in the studio, and then just picked up. (so perhaps used in the studio 'as is', and connected to my AI/Mixer) c) minimum setup time/cables ok, so I have the laptop, alpha, BSP... (and VEP will allow  remote connection in studio), so I think the questions are: - busker amp - (battery) power supply for alpha, well the BSP. (needs to be 230v AC?) - do I need a portable audio interface? Ideally Id like these combined, i.e.  battery powered amp that can supply power, but I cannot find one :(  this means using a 'power pack' + amp, but that could be heavy. (and I only have one hand free... as the other will be carrying alpha case,  and I'll have a laptop bag too) th...

Adding per note expression to Reaktor Ensembles

Hi

Hi, Recently Ive been exploring how to use virtual modular synths to create expressive synths for the soundplane (and also the Eigenharp), these video show how to do create a synth using Max7, for use either standalone or with Ableton Live. if you enjoy, let me know.. and I could cover some more advanced concepts (e.g voice muting, using with VpC midi) Enjoy  Mark Note: I show in the video how to connect using OSC  T3D as this is my preferred method, and you can use my t3d output agent to connect to this... but you can easily adapt to voice per channel midi. https://youtu.be/NRD2NHbWIfI?list=PL-kso3G9NXujlIey7dhlTp9-H_JHFfalH
